A nice Mehrgarh terracotta female figure, Indus Valley Civilization, c. 3000 – 2500 BC, depicted seated and nude, wearing a collar, shoes and a simplified headdress, and holding a small child within her arms. Repaired at midsection, some restoration to the legs. H: 5 ¾” (14.6 cm). Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value Range $350-$450.
