Description
Pamphylia, Aspendos. Ca. 465-430 B.C. AR stater (20 mm, 11.00 g, 11 h). Nude hoplite advancing right, holding spear and shield; between feet, turtle / EΣT, triskeles; below, lion advancing left. Cf. SNG BN 12-13 (no turtle). Worn obverse die, test cut on reverse. Good fine / good very fine.
