Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos III Megas. 223-187 B.C. AR tetradrachm (17 mm, 17.25 g, 12 h). Rose mint (Edessa?), after ca. 213 B.C. Diademed head of Antiochos III right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙ-ΟΧΟΥ, Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow and bow; monogram to outer left. Cf. SC 1121.1 (same obv. die, new control); cf. ESM 392 (A1); HGC 6, 447bb. Very rare with an unrecorded control. Small die-break on eye. Good very fine. 

The control on this coin takes a new form, showing the monogram with a retrograde Z above Ω. It shares the obverse die with all other examples of this rare issue, although it seems to be later as it exhibits a die-break on the eye not seen on other specimens with the regularly-formed control.
