Bearded and diademed head of Phraates II left; TAM behind / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΘΕΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ, archer wearing bashlyk and cloak seated right on omphalos, holding bow.
