Macedonia, Philippi. Pseudo-autonomous issue. Mid 1st century A.D. Æ (20 mm, 4.60 g, 6 h). Under Claudius or Nero, ca. A.D. 41-68. VIC AV[G] across field, Nike standing left on base, holding wreath and palm / [COHOR] PRAE [P]HIL around, three standards. RPC 1651; SNG ANS 674. Nice dark-green and brown patina. A little off center. Good very fine.
