IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus right, bearded and with horn over forehead / emperor standing facing, head left, holding sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar to left, and holding branch; on ground behind altar, recumbant bull; in left field, star.
