Kingdom of Persis. Bagadat (Bayadad). Early 3rd century B.C. AR tetradrachm (28 mm, 16.04 g, 2 h). Persepolis. Diademed and head of Bagadat right, wearing kyrbasia and pendant earring / Fire temple; to left, king standing right, in prayer; to right, standard. Klose & Müseler 2/3; Alram 515. Incredible high relief and an outstanding portrait. Very light porosity on reverse edge fro 12h to 3h. Choice extremely fine.
