Paeonian Kingdom. Patraos. 340/35-315 B.C. AR tetradrachm (22 mm, 12.91 g, 2 h). Astibos or Damastion. Laureate head of Apollo right / Π-OA-[P]TAY (sic), horseman galloping right, riding down fallen warrior who defends himself with raised shield. Paeonian Hoard 497 (same dies); SNG ANS 1040 (same obv. die). Lightly toned. Good very fine.
