Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy III Euergetes. 246-222 B.C. Æ (24 mm, 13.32 g, 12 h). Uncertain mint in Asia Minor. Diademed head of Zeus-Ammon right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt; in left field, tripod. Svoronos 791 (Ptolemy II; Ake-Ptolemaïs); SNG Copenhagen 476 (same). Rare. Well struck on a nice flan. Nice dark reddish-brown patina. Good very fine.
