Description
Parthian Kingdom. Artabanos I (Arsakes II). 211-185 B.C. Æ dichalkon (17 mm, 4.51 g, 11 h). Rhagai-Arsakeia(?), ca. 209 B.C. Head of Arsakes II left, wearing bashlyk / Eagle standing right on bucranium; in right field, horse's head right. Sellwood -; Shore -; Sunrise -; Bellaria Collection, 760; Agora 30, 52. Extremely rare - just a handful of specimens known. Sandy-green patina. Very fine.
