Parthian Kingdom. Mithradates IV. 58/7-55 B.C. AR drachm (18 mm, 4.02 g, 12 h). Areia. Diademed and draped bust of Mithradates IV left / Archer seated right on throne, holding bow; below bow, A. Cf. Sellwood 40.15 (legend); Shore -. Very rare. Full bust. Lightly toned. Nice very fine.

While the A below the bow at first glance looks like a Λ (and thus Laodikeia mint, Sellwood 40.10), it does have the crossbar.
