ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate head right / PONTIF TR P X COS II, Caracalla standing front, head right, holding a spear and parazonium; at his feet are three figures, to left is a reclining river-god, who rests on an over-turned vase and holds a branch or reed, to right, to other figures reclining, the nearer wears a Phrygian style helmet.
