KINGS of PERSIS. Vadfradad (Autophradates) II. 200-150 BC. AR Drachm (4.32 gm; 18 mm). Head right, with short beard, wearing diadem and kyrbasia surmounted by eagle / Fire temple, Ahura-Mazda above; to left, Vādfradād standing right; standard to right, standard surmounted by eagle; traces of legend to inner right and outer left. Alram 547; Sunrise 575. Sharply struck on a nice flan. Nicely centered. Choice Superb "Almost as Struck". Lustrous. Lightly toned.
