ATTICA. Athens. Circa 124/3 BC. AR New Style Tetradrachm (28mm - 16.40 g). Mikion, Eurykles and Boykates magistrates. Helmeted head of Athena right / Owl standing right on amphora; the Dioskouroi to the right, [D] on amphora, [SW] below, magistrates MIK-IWN, EUR-UKLE, BOU/KAT/THS ; all within wreath. Thompson 480j (same dies). Fair/Fine, toned, scratch on obverse. Perhaps the most worn New Style tetradrachm I have ever seen.
