gFine. RIC 699 is plated in RIC and the bust type on this specimen does seem to match the plate, but in hand the coin appears to possibly be laureate with no lion-skin. It almost looks like it was originally a regular Trajan obverse, but the die recut later to modify it to the Hercules type.
