Bishapur series; two facing bust, Byzantine style one smaller than the other, "GDH Apzut" on the left side, and phrase (a)p(a)d or (a)p(a)y on the right side, reverse; mythical figure of "Gopadshah" with zebu body and royal human head with phrase (a)p(a)d /(a)c(a)d bys(a)pwhr meaning abad or azad baad bishapur (May Bishapur be free)-multiple pointed star and letter "p" in front of figure. Gyselen type 8. Reddish patina. Choice VF.
