Helmeted bust of Virtus right, III • VIR behind, VIRTVS before / Warrior standing facing raising figure of Sicily slumped to left; MN AQVIL upwards to right, MN • F • MN • N downward to left; (M-N in monogram form) SICIL in exergue. Crawford 401/1; Sydenham 798; RSC Aquillia 2. The first appearance on a Roman coin of the title "III VIR" (= tresvir). Ex-Classical Numismatics Group.
