Domitian, with Domitia. A.D. 81-96. AR cistophorus (25 mm, 10.31 g, 6 h). Ephesus (or Rome for circulation in Asia), A.D. 82. IMP CAES DOMITIAN AVG P M COS VIII, laureate head of Domitian right / DOMITIA AVGVSTA, draped bust of Domitia right, hair tied in queue at back of neck. RIC 845; RPC 866; RSC 2. Deeply toned. Scratch in obverse field, light deposits on reverse. Fine.
