Nezak Huns. 'Phromo Kesaro'. 738-mid 8th century A.D. AR drachm (33 mm, 3.55 g, 3 h). Crowned Sasanian-style bust imitating Hormizd IV right; c/m: human head left within ovoid incuse / Fire altar flanked by attendants; c/m: ΦPOPO in Baktrian. Göbl -; D. Schnädelbach, "A Group of Countermarked Imitative Drachms of Hormizd IV," ONS Newsletter 169 (Autumn 2001), p. 3; for c/m’s: Göbl - (head) and cf. 59 (legend). Medium gray tone. Coin fine, c/m's very fine.
