Civic year 249 (A.D. 230/1). ·I·O·V·Λ·I·A · M·-A·MAIA C-[·Є·], diademed and draped bust of Julia Mamaea right / ANAZAPB-OV M(HT)POΠ, tetrastyle temple wiht pellet or shield in pediment; across field, Γ-B; in exergue, date ([Є]T ΘM[C]). Ziegler 564 (Vs3/Rs11); cf. SNG Levante 1477; cf. SNG Pfalz 4734. Very rare - only one specimen from these dies recorded by Ziegler. Dark brown and earthen green patina. Nearly very fine.
