Valerian I. A.D. 253-260. BI antoninianus (23 mm, 3.61 g, 12 h). Samosata, A.D. 255/6. IMP C P LIC VALERIANVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Valerian I right / VIR-TVS A-VGG, Valerian and Gallienus standing facing one another, one holding spear and globe, the other holding Nike and transverse spear. RIC V 292; Göbl 1681e; RSC 277. A few light deposits. Good very fine.
