Bronze Bust of Hercules. Roman, III-IV Century AD. Bronze furniture-fitting, with bust of Hercules in lion-skin, contained within laurel-wreath. 4.5” high, with fixed expression regarded as typical of the period of the Tetrarchy (285-306 AD). Intact and massive. Outstanding.
