Description
Sicily, Menainon. 2nd century B.C. Æ pentonkion (19 mm, 3.49 g, 12 h). Laureate and draped bust of Zeus-Serapis right; behind, E / MENA-INΩN, Nike, holding kentron and reins, draving galloping biga right. CNS 1; cf. SNG ANS 292. Green patina, minor smoothing in reverse fields. Nice very fine.
