Artaxiad Kingdom. Tigranes II 'the Great'. 95-56 B.C. Æ (13 mm, 2.51 g, 1 h). Artaxata, ca. 70-55 B.C. Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes II right, wearing tiara decorated with star between two eagles / [ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ] ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩ[Ν ΤΙ]ΓΡΑ[ΝΟΥ], cornucopiae to left. Cf. CAA 104; cf. AC 93-4. Nice earthen green patina. Very fine.
