Baktrian Kingdom. Eukratides I. Ca. 171-145 B.C. Æ (21x22 mm, 8.14 g, 12 h). ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ ΕΥΚΡΑΤΙΔΟΥ, diademed and draped bust of Eukratides I right, wearing crested helmet with bull’s horn and ear / The Dioskouroi, each holding palm and spear, on horses rearing right; to lower right, monogram. Bopearachchi 19J; SNG ANS 552-3; HGC 12, 146. Dark brown patina, light cleaning marks. Very fine.
