Syria, Seleucis and Pieria. Antiochia ad Orontem. Civic issue. 1st century A.D. Æ trichalkon (18 mm, 6.77 g, 1 h). Year 114 of the Caesarean Era (A.D. 65/6). ANTIOXEΩN, turreted, veiled and draped bust of Tyche right / Garlanded altar; below altar, pellet; in exergue, date (ET · ΔIP). McAlee 110a; RPC 4299. Black patina with sandy highlights. Very fine.
