Description
1st-3rd centuries A.D. Æ plaque (30 x 13 mm, 2.29 g). The goddess Lakshmi standing facing, holding a standard in each hand / Traces of swastika standard in railing. Pieper 775; MACW 5051. An impressive specimen struck on a broad flan. Rare and choice. Brown patina, light porosity. Very fine.
