SASANIAN KINGS. Hormizd II, 303-309 AD. AR Drachm (3.61 gm; 26 mm). Sunrise 821var. Standard issue for both obverse and reverse, no monogram or symbol, reverse with fire altar and attendants with figure in the fire turning left. Small chipping at the bottom on obverse between 5-7, otherwise well struck. Choice EF. Toned. Rare.
