IMP CAES NER TRAIANO OPTIMO AVG GER DAC PARTHICO P M TR P COS VI P [P], laureate and draped bust of Trajan right / [ARMENIA ET MESOPOTA]MIA IN POTESTATEM P R REDACTAE, S C across upper field, emperor standing facing, head right, holding spear and parazonium, spurning figure of Armenia, seated left, head right; to either side, seated figures of the Euphrates and the Tigris. RIC 642; Woytek 590v-2; BMC 1035-8; BN -. Brown and mottle green patina, some red. Minor deposits and roughness. Nearly very fine.
