Antoninus Pius. A.D. 138-161. Æ sestertius (30 mm, 25.31 g, 12 h). Rome, A.D. 147/8. ANTONINVS AVG PI-VS P P TR P COS III[I], laureate bust of Antoninus Pius right, slight drapery on far shoulder / [LIB]ER-AL-ITA-S AVG V, S [C] in exergue, emperor seated left on curule chair on low platform on right; before him, Liberalitas standing left, holding abacus and cornucopiae; on ground below, citizen approaching right, holding out fold of toga. RIC 775. Red-brown patina with some tan on the high points. Fine.
