AVRELIVS CAE-SAR AVG PII F, bare head of Marcus Aurelius right / TR POT III COS II, PIETAS in exergue, S C across field, Pietas standing facing, head left, holding hand over child standing at feet to left, and scepter. RIC 1274a. Brown patina, flan crack. Fine.
