Marcus Aurelius. A.D. 161-180. Æ dupondius (22 mm, 10.81 g, 6 h). Rome, A.D. 170/1. M ANTONINVS AV[G TR P] XXV, radiate head of Marcus Aurelius right / [I]M-P VI [COS III], S C across field, Victory standing right, affixing shield inscribed VIC/GER in two lines to palm tree. RIC 1002. Brown patina. Very fine.
