Lucius Verus. A.D. 161-169. Æ dupondius (24 mm, 12.91 g, 12 h). Rome, A.D. 164. [IMP A]VREL VERVS AVG ARMENIACVS, radiate head of Lucius Verus right / TR P IIII IMP II CO[S II], S C across lower field, Victory standing facing, head right, attaching shield inscribed VIC/AVG in two lines to palm tree. RIC 1400. Green patina, light earthen highlights. Very fine.
