[M] COMMODVS ANTONINVS AVG, laureate head of Commodus right / [LIB AVG IIII in exergue, TR P VI IMP IIII COS III P P, S C across field], emperor seated left on curule chair set on platform; attendant standing behind him; before him, Liberalitas standing to left, holding tessera and cornucopiae; on left mounting steps, citizen approaching platform. RIC 310; Szaivert 511-6/30. Hard green patina with light earthen highlights. Fine.
