M COMMODVS AN-TON AVG PIVS BRIT, laureate head of Commodus right / VICT BRI[T] in exergue, P M TR P X [IMP VII] COS [IIII P P], S C across field, Victory seated right on shield, holding palm, inscribing shield set on knee. RIC 440; Szaivert 653-6/30. Dark green and brown patina, light porosity. Fine.
