SABINA, wife of Hadrian. Augusta, 128-137 AD. Æ As (26mm - 10.88 g). Rome mint. Struck circa 128-134 AD. SABINA AVGVSTA HADRIANI AVG P P, laureate, diademed and draped bust right / CONCOR-DIA AVG, SC in exergue, Concordia seated left on throne, holding patera and leaning on figure of Spes standing left on cippus. RIC II 1037 (Hadrian); BMCRE 1889 (Hadrian); Cohen 20. Near VF, dark brown patina, rough surfaces. Scarce bust type.
