Description
A wonderful Tlatilco head from Mexico, c. 1500 – 1000 BC. This rare D4A type is 1-3/4” high and depicts a lovely female wearing a complex headdress over her finely braided coif, which is enhanced with red pigment. Mounted. Ex Bush-Romero estate.
