Parthian Kingdom. Mithradates IV. 58/7-55 B.C. AR drachm (21 mm, 4.05 g, 1 h). Aria(?). Diademed bust of Mithradates IV left / Archer seated right, holding bow; below bow, (obscured due to double strike); corrupt legend. Cf. Sellwood 40.15 (Mithradates III); Shore -. Very crude style and corrupted legend. Excellent metal. Extremely fine.
