Description
Lucania, Metapontion. Ca. 300-250 B.C. Æ (12 mm, 1.04 g). Draped bust of Hermes right, wearing petasos / [M-E], three barley grains conjoined at base; race torch in field. Johnston 54; HN Italy 1690. Dark green patina, light porosity. Good very fine.
