Sicily, Syracuse. Pyrrhos. 278-276 B.C. Æ (24 mm, 9.62 g, 10 h). Head of Herakles left, wearing lion's skin headdress / Athena Promachos advancing right, holding thunderbolt and shield; in left field, wreath. BAR issue 52; cf. CNS 177 (club behind on obv.); SNG ANS 845. Choice apple-green patina. Nice very fine.
