CONSTANTINE II, as Caesar. 317-337 AD. Æ Follis (18mm - 2.06 g). Trier mint. Struck 327-8 AD?. CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C, laureate and cuirassed bust left, holding globe in right hand, mappa in left / VIRTVS CAESS, camp-gate with no doors and three turrets, star above; PTRE. RIC VII -; LRBC -. Good VF, brown patina, some peripheral weakness and roughness.

Unpublished with this bust type and this reverse legend from Trier. RIC noted several camp gate types from Trier with the VIRTVS reverse legend but considers them all to be imitative issues.
