Macedonian Kingdom. Philip II. 359-336 B.C. AR tetradrachm (24 mm, 14.32 g, 4 h). Amphipolis, ca. 336-333/26 B.C. Laureate head of Zeus right / ΦΙΛΙΠ-ΠΟΥ, youth, holding palm and reins, on horseback right; below, prow. Cf. Le Rider 388-93 (D202/R-); SNG ANS 533-42. Lightly toned. Very fine.
