C. Licinius L.f. Macer. 84 B.C. Æ as (27 mm, 12.35 g, 5 h). Rome. Laureate head of Janus; above, I / Prow of galley right; EX [S C] above separated by a male figure standing and holding a scepter, dolphin on prow. Crawford 354/3b; Sydenham 734; BMCRR 2471. Very rare with the dolphin on the side of the prow. Dusty pale green patina with some light deposits. Nearly very fine.
