M AVREL ANTONINVS AVG ARMENIACVS P M, laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius right, slight drapery on far shoulder / TR P XVIII IMP II COS III, S C across field, Mars standing right, holding inverted spear and resting hand on grounded shield. RIC 861; Szaivert 87-6/30. Green patina, very light roughness. Good very fine.
