Byrhtric, moneyer. + EDELRÆD REX Λ(NG)L(OR), draped bust of Aethelred II left; scepter before / + BYRHTRIC M-O LVD, voided short cross with C R V X in angles. North 770; SCBC 1148. Toned. Tiny pinhole in legend at 9 h. Extremely fine.
