India, Kushan Empire. Vina Takto (also known as 'Soter Megas' or Great Savior. Ca. 2nd half of 1st century A.D. Æ tetradrachm (22 mm, 8.58 g). Diademed king's face right, holding a sceptre (arrow?) / Rider on horse standing right, with Greek legend around (rounded letters type). MAC 2980. A superb specimen, one of the finest we have seen.
