Lot of 12 German Notgeld Tokens, 1 Coblenz, 1 Munsingen, 10 Nurnberg. These tokens from Nurnberg Òwere struck in 1921 by the medalist firm of Lauer, which has minted in Nurnberg since the late 1700ÕsÓ according to Captain Arthur Hyman who wrote the pamphlet on them in 1965. Items include the Madonna, the Zoo (perhaps the most collectible), Adam Kraft, public fountain and buildings. average grade EF.
