ANTIQUITIES, A fine Maya figural whistle from the Copan area of Honduras, ca. 400 Ð 800 AD. This nicely molded 3-note instrument depicts a dwarf wearing a fancy headdress, necklace and large ear ornaments. Excellent example, with good mineral deposits and good tone. Museum deaccession.
