ANTIQUITIES, A superb Inca polychrome jug from Peru, ca, 1300 Ð 1500 AD. This beautiful vessel is 4-1/4Ó high, 4-3/4Ó long and features a nicely detailed monkey draped over the top of the chamber. The face is expressive, the pelt is spotted and the orange slip of the chamber shows extensive mineral deposits.
