Description
A group of 5 Etruscan terracotta votive objects, c. 5th - 4th Century BC. Lot includes a boar, the lid of a sarcophagus, a left arm and hand, a male right thigh with genitalia, small offering jar. All but the lid with some losses, each with earthen deposits and all found together. Largest measures 5 ½” (13.9 cm) in length. Ex German private collection, acquired in the 1950’s – 60’s. Value range $350 - $450.
